Ingredients 🛒
2 racks baby back ribs (about 4 lbs)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
Wrap the ribs tightly in foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (or set your oven to broil).
Carefully unwrap the ribs and brush them generously with BBQ sauce. Grill or broil for 5-7 minutes per side, basting with more sauce until the ribs are caramelized and sticky.
Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes, then cut into individual pieces. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
