Cajun Shrimp Deviled Eggs

Ingredients 🛒

12 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning (plus more for garnish)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
12 small cooked shrimp, seasoned with Cajun spice
Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Directions 👩‍🍳

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Top each egg with a Cajun-seasoned shrimp.
Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of additional Cajun seasoning for extra heat.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
